Verification is planned as a narrow evidence state for one field and value. It would never be a general seal of quality, safety, suitability, or recommendation.

Exact binding
A future verification record would bind the provider, facility scope, exact field, exact value, evidence and source, evidence date, reviewer, decision date, limits, and valid-until date. A badge or label could appear only for that supported field.
Lifecycle
The planned states distinguish unverified, evidence submitted, under review, verified until a recorded date, expired, disputed, suppressed, and rejected. Expired or disputed evidence cannot remain publicly presented as current verification.
Higher-risk fields
Language support, accessibility, hours, availability, insurance, payment, address, coordinates, booking, and emergency capability require field-appropriate current evidence. Some claims may require stronger authority or remain prohibited until a qualified policy permits them.
Independence
Verification eligibility and reviewer decisions must remain free and independent of payment, sponsorship, advertising, sales, ranking, or optional workflow tools. Verification is not endorsement, recommendation, medical quality, or government approval.
