Find My Doctor is being prepared around visible sources, limits and uncertainty. This trust center explains the intended rules without pretending that provider operations, professional review, or an app release are complete.

Current status: the public website is available. No public app, live provider program, staffed support service, legal approval, or compliance certification is claimed.
Product limit
Find My Doctor supports healthcare navigation and preparation. It does not diagnose, provide medical advice, decide whether it is safe to wait, choose a suitable provider, book care or provide emergency response.
For a potentially life-threatening emergency in Japan, call 119. Regional #7119 services may offer consultation in participating areas, with conditions that vary; #7119 does not replace 119 for a possible life threat.
Provider information
The repository uses a dated Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Medical Information Net open-data snapshot. Source information can be incomplete, stale or wrong. Important or changing details should be confirmed through the current official source or provider.

Participation and verification
A source row does not mean a provider participates. Claiming would only establish authorized profile stewardship. Verification would apply to a particular fact at a particular time. Neither means endorsement, clinical quality, suitability or recommendation. The provider program is not open today.
Neutrality
Payment and BlueByJuni Clinic Services must not buy organic rank, factual verification, correction priority, recommendation or safety handling. Any future sponsored placement would need clear labeling and separation from organic information.
Privacy
The current website has no account, signup, contact form, analytics, advertising, booking, or payment service. Email links open the visitor's email service. See the privacy boundary for the current website and future-product review gates.
Security and accessibility
Security, incident response, accessibility and Japanese localization review packs are prepared. Automated checks and internal work do not equal an independent security assessment, WCAG conformance claim, professional localization acceptance or legal approval.

Corrections and support
Source architecture includes correction, dispute and fail-closed suppression rules, but no live case queue or response time exists. See corrections and support boundaries. Do not email medical records, symptoms, identity documents or urgent requests.
