Listing, correction, claiming, and verification are not the same.
Correction
A factual concern can be reviewed independently of payment, claiming, or commercial participation.
Claiming
A claim concerns a representative's authority to steward a facility profile. It does not verify every field.
Verification
Verification would bind one exact field and value to evidence, scope, date, reviewer, limits, and expiry. It is not endorsement.
