Participation guidelines

Factual, neutral, private, and reviewable.

These plain-language guidelines describe the participation rules being prepared for future qualified review and activation. They are not an active provider agreement or a claim of legal approval.

Pre-launch status: provider participation is not open and these guidelines have not been activated as public provider terms. Qualified legal, medical-advertising, privacy, security, and operational review remains required.

Be factual

Requested information must describe the correct facility, match the exact field, and be supported by appropriate current evidence. Unknown, unsupported, stale, disputed, or suppressed information must stay clearly separate from supported facts.

Respect the trust boundary

Listing is not participation. Claiming is not verification. Verification is not endorsement. Participation is not recommendation. Payment cannot buy ranking, correction, verification, a trust badge, or medical preference.

Keep claims safe

Provider-authored content must not include unsupported superiority, guaranteed outcomes, misleading before-and-after material, personalized advice, diagnoses, unsafe urgency language, patient testimonials without an approved lawful basis, or unproven emergency capability. Logos and media would require authority and rights evidence.

Protect people

Ordinary provider workflows must not collect patient records, diagnoses, appointment content, symptoms, health histories, or unnecessary identity documents. Do not include patient-identifying information in a correction, claim, dispute, or support message.

Accept review and expiry

Authority and field evidence may be rejected, limited, disputed, suppressed, suspended, revoked, or allowed to expire. Appeals must reference evidence and cannot erase the audit history. Abuse, impersonation, malicious uploads, or repeated misleading claims may end participation.

Confirm changing access details

Hours, language support, accessibility, insurance, payment, availability, booking, contact routes, address, and emergency capability can change. They must not be presented without the required source, scope, date, and freshness controls.
