Access information
Find My Doctor is intended to support healthcare navigation and preparation in Japan. Information may be incomplete, delayed, disputed, or changed by the provider. Users should confirm important details through official provider channels.
Operator and effective date
The final terms must identify the lawful operator, required contact details, acceptance method and effective date. BlueByJuni remains a pre-incorporation founder-led venture and must not be described as an incorporated company.
Paid services
This public website currently accepts no payment, subscription, or online order for a consumer product or service. A separate Act on Specified Commercial Transactions disclosure is not added merely by assumption. If a paid consumer service is opened, applicability and required seller, price, cancellation, and contact disclosures must be reviewed before orders are accepted.

Not medical care
The product is not a medical provider, diagnosis service, clinical recommendation, emergency service, or guarantee of suitability, access, appointment, language support, insurance acceptance, price, or outcome.
Provider presentation
Organic presentation must not be sold. Profile claiming is not verification; factual verification is field-specific and time-bound; neither is medical endorsement. Commercial relationships must be disclosed and separated from organic relevance. See the pre-launch provider guidelines and source method.
Responsible use
- Do not use the product for an emergency or to delay professional care.
- Do not submit unlawful, misleading, promotional, infringing, unsafe, or patient-identifying content.
- Do not impersonate a provider representative or interfere with the service.
- Do not rely on a stale field when official confirmation matters.
Corrections and support
A final service must provide correction, dispute, suspension, and removal-review routes. The current pre-launch contact is admin@findmydoctor.live; it is not monitored as a clinical or emergency channel.
Third parties and local data
Provider source pages, operating-system services, email links and any future hosting or store distribution have separate terms and data handling. Final terms must align with the exact Privacy notice, source rights, processor configuration, local-data deletion/export behavior and statutory rights.
Before activation
Qualified Japanese review must finalize liability, prohibited use, intellectual property, third-party links, consumer terms, dispute handling, governing law, eligibility, account/provider terms, modification and termination, and any paid-service conditions.
