Current status: the provider claiming and participation program is not publicly open. No provider should interpret this page as an existing listing agreement, verification, or invitation to submit patient information.
Basic participation
Basic profile participation, claiming, and factual verification are intended to remain free. Payment must never buy organic ranking, factual verification, endorsement, or an unmarked recommendation.
Claiming
A future claim process should confirm that a representative is authorized to steward a profile. Claiming would not automatically verify every field, approve promotional content, or certify clinical quality.
Verification
Verification should apply to a specific factual field supported by a recorded source at a recorded time. It must preserve limitations and may expire, become stale, or be disputed.
Content boundary
We do not intend to accept patient records, testimonials, treatment-effect claims, personalized medical advice, unsupported superiority, or patient-identifying information. Provider-authored material would require moderation before publication.

Corrections
Providers should have a factual correction and dispute route independent of payment. The formal process is not open. The pre-launch contact boundary accepts general questions only and does not promise case handling, review, or a provider write.
