Find My Doctor is preparing provider participation deliberately. These answers explain the intended boundaries without suggesting that an operation, relationship, or legal approval already exists.

Is my facility listed?
This website does not provide a live provider-directory search or confirm a facility listing. The product source contains an official-source provider-data package, but a record is not evidence of participation, partnership, claiming, or verification.
Can I claim or verify a profile now?
No. The future architecture and review rules are built in source, but no submission or reviewer operation is active. Do not email identity documents, patient information, or sensitive evidence.
Will claiming verify all information?
No. Claiming would establish representative authority for a defined facility scope. Each factual field would need its own evidence state and may remain unverified, unknown, disputed, expired, suppressed, or rejected.
Can payment improve ranking or verification?
No. Payment must not affect organic order, factual correction, field verification, public recommendation, or safety handling. Any future sponsored placement would have to be clearly labeled and separated.
Can a provider ask to be removed?
A future process would distinguish factual suppression, legal or takedown review, safety handling, and source-level removal. A request would be reviewed against source obligations and applicable law; payment or commercial status could not delay it.
Does Find My Doctor recommend providers?
No. It is designed to present factual healthcare-access information and preparation support. It does not score, rank by quality, choose, endorse, or guarantee a provider.
What should I do about an urgent safety issue?
Find My Doctor is not an emergency service and the provider-operations queue is not live. For a potentially life-threatening emergency in Japan, call 119. Do not rely on email for urgent response.
